I didn't see a good version of this posted yet, so I thought I would give it a shot. I might have went a little overboard on all the walking bass lines. Feel free to omit a few, as you feel fit.

I hate to ruin your thread, but Jeff plays this song with capo on 2nd fret, making it a G-C-D-Am affair (relative to capo)

I hear an Em in there as well.
